Tier Halibel
I would say I saved the best for last with this final version of Halibel. The inspiration to do this blue version of Halibel by Kei-Suwabe. It took me roughly two weeks and a half to complete, but it was well worth the time. I made sure that the cosplay was accurate buy researching the right wig and commisioning my Tiburon from Cubseidl who did a fantastic job!
